1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bjbai platform and its users. bjbai is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to the bjbai website, mobile version, and all of its services.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, family, or household address. It is strictly prohibited to create multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the bjbai support team immediately. Using or transferring an account through a third party is prohibited.

3.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

The minimum deposit amount on the bjbai platform is ৳500 for each method. Accepted payment methods are:

bjbai does not accept deposits made in a third party's name. The source of deposited funds must be legitimate.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

bjbai actively monitors for fraudulent activity. If a suspicious transaction is detected, bjbai reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Funds related to the matter may be held during the investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bjbai offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, letting you start playing with a total of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳42,000 or more to receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving you a total of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000, after which winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

There is a specific time limit for meeting the wagering requirement. If the requirement is not met within the time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable. bjbai reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer. If bonus abuse is detected (e.g., claiming benefits through multiple accounts), the bonus will be cancelled.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bjbai ensures fair play in all games. The Random Number Generator (RNG) technology used on the platform guarantees unbiased results. If any user gains funds by exploiting a technical error, software bug, or other irregularity, bjbai may cancel that transaction.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjbai platform:

• Placing bets using any software, robot, or automated system
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Using any unfair strategy in collusion with other users
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes

If such a violation is detected, the account may be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection, server issues, or any other technical reason, bjbai will generally refund the bet. 11.2 Game Provider Rights

The games available on the platform are licensed products of reputable providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights to these games belong to the respective providers.

12.1 Language & Interpretation

The original language of these Terms is Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final.

12.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will remain fully effective and in force. The invalidity of one clause does not void the entire agreement.
